Room Technician (Montego Bay, Jamaica) - Ocean Coral Spring/Eden Bay

Ocean Coral Spring & Ocean Eden Bay invites experienced and eligible candidates to apply for the Room Technician position currently available.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily room maintenance tasks, including cleaning, tidying work areas, and conducting touch-ups (e.g., painting, varnishing) to assigned rooms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and functional checks using established checklists, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
• Use appropriate safety equipment and follow safety protocols, including waste separation and transfer to designated centers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and housekeeping teams to address maintenance requests, faults, and any necessary repairs, providing timely updates via radio or communication systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment safely, report any missing items or non-repairable faults to supervisors, and ensure compliance with the Legionella cleaning policy and company regulations.

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year experience in Maintenance
• Minimum 1 year Experience within the Hospitality & Tourism Industry
• Any Tertiary level education or qualification in Maintenance
