Our Front Desk Agents serve as one of our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their on-property experience. Their responsibilities include registering guests, assisting with providing information about rooms and amenities, and being the point person in creating a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Housekeeper and Houseman 

The Housekeeper and Houseman will report to the Executive Housekeeper and will be responsible for the cleaning of guests' rooms and public areas.

Stewards

Stewards are responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens, equipment and utensils as well as proper Food and Beverage waste disposal.

Field Technician (Level 3) - Kingston, Jamaica - National Works Agency

Qualifications and Experience:

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

The incumbent is expected to discharge their responsibilities through the attainment of key outputs which include but not limited to the following:

  • Collect data related to status and condition of traffic signals 
  • Liaise with contractors carrying out traffic signal works on behalf of the NWA or other agencies
  • Operate hand tools and light equipment to dig signal pole foundations or to remove or install existing poles, mixes, pours, and finishes concrete in traffic signal pole bases
  • Utilize computer or computer based tools to check, modify and adjust traffic equipment in the performance

Reports to the Director, Information & Training - Salary range: $639,887 - $760,625 per annum

Job Purpose
Under the general supervision of the Director, Information & Training, the incumbent shall be responsible for performing clerical, typing duties and managing the basic administrative functions of the division, namely record keeping, communicating with customers and archiving of divisional documentation.

Functional Competencies:
  • Typewriting - Minimum 45 words per minute
  • Shorthand - Minimum of 80 words per minute
  • Taking and transcribing minutes
  • Report writing
  • Managing the Director's desk and the diary
  • Schedule and keep log of activities of the Division/Unit
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, preparing minutes, reports, etc
  • Maintaining a current and easily accessible filing system
