• Supervisory Management Training or Associate Degree or Degree in relevant discipline
• At least 3 years supervisory/team leadership experience in a factory or industrial entity
• Must have good command of the English Language
• Female, 25 to 35 years of age
• Must reside in Linstead, Ewarton, Bog Walk or surrounding areas
