Tropical Airconditioning & Refrigeration Co. Limited is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager you will have the opportunity and responsibility to lead and guide the growth and development of the sales and customer service divisions, as well as direct the expansion of the retail business.
Job Summary
The scope of duties includes but not limited to:
- Reporting to the Board of Directors/Managing Director
- Manage sales staff complement of ten (10) persons
- Devise strategies to assist the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales data

- Team oriented and enjoy collaborating with persons internal and external to the organization

Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc degree Business or Marketing
- At least three (3) years of experience working in sales/marketing
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications and other computer applications
