Smith Warner International, a well established firm specializing in coastal engineering across the Caribbean, is seeking applicants to two (2) vacant positions, to join our growing team:
- Junior Civil Engineer
- Drafting Specialist
Junior Civil Engineer
The ideal candidate should possess:
- B. Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Training in Office 365, AutoCAD, Matlab, ArcGIS
- Detail oriented, self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest/experience working on quantities/budget estimations and technical specifications
- Interest/experience in reviewing plans and drawings
- Ability to work in Montego Bay for an extended period
- Ability/interest in construction supervision
Drafting Specialist
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of two (2) years work experience
- Certified training in AutoCAD
- Experience using Civil 3D
- Experience in preparing drawings and maps
- Ability to interpret data for designs
- Competence in Excel
- Good communication skills
- Experience with quantity surveying would be an asset
