JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage area at all times, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and sanitized, utensils and chinas are cleaned and properly stored. Floors are clean and free of water, the necessary slippery when wet signs are displayed where necessary.Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
- Maintain, clean, and sanitize all equipment.
- Set up and decorate buffet station.
- Clean floors, walls, tables, and sinks.
- Clean and store all china
