Jumby Bay Island Company, LTD will be launching a stunning new Beach Club and Restaurant distinct from our resort located on Jumby Bay Island. Primed to open in November 2024, on Maiden Island, The Hut, Little Jumby is set to become the Caribbean's most exciting Private Island Beach Club an Restaurant.

The Hut, Little Jumby are looking for dynamic individuals to join this team for the 2024 - 2025 season:

Front of House:

• Hosts 
• Servers
• Food Runners
• Bartenders
• Bar Backs/Drink Runners
• Beach Servers
• Beach Runners
• Restaurant Supervisor
• Front Desk Supervisor
• Beach Supervisor

Back of House:

• Sous Chefs
• Line Cooks
• Stewards
• Maintenance Assistant
• Storeroom Clerk
• Junior Sous Chefs
• Public Area Attendants
• F & B Administrator
• Laundry Attendants

Requirements:

• A minimum of one to three (1 - 3) years of experience in similar roles. Experience within a luxury resort/restaurant preferred
• High School diploma, with passes in English and Math required
• Hospitality training is desirable
• Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail; customer service mindset; must always reflect a positive attitude
• Excellent team player
• Must be able to work flexible hours

In addition to meeting the role specific standards, suitable applicants:

• Must be legally authorized to work on Antigua and Barbuda, or CARICOM Skills Certificate Holders
• Have a valid food handler's certificate (preferred)
