 Ocean Coral Spring | Ocean Eden Bay is seeking a Sommelier:

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage wine inventory and ensure optimal stock levels, including tracking sales and replenishing supplies.
• Coordinate and lead wine tastings, pairings, and special event services, such as Christmas and New Year's Eve.
• Provide expert wine recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience and increase sales.
• Train and mentor staff on wine knowledge, service techniques, and monthly wine presentations.
• Ensure wine displays and menus are up-to-date, well-maintained, and reflective of current trends.

• Valid Food Handlers Permit
