Car Rental Agent (Ocho Rios, Jamaica)

An expanding car rental company seeks to employ a dynamic female rental agent to process rentals, dispatch and return of rental vehicles, to obtain and verify customer information, prepare rental contracts while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) CXC subjects inclusive of English Language and Mathematics
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills with good time management and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work on own initiative 
• Must have a valid driver's license with at least two (2) years driving experience
• Be able to work on weekends, holidays and late hours when necessary
• Customer service experience would be an asset
