We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough and organized Purchasing Officer with a proven track record to oversee the purchasing functions and develop best practices to meet the company's objectives. In this position you will play a key role in procuring high quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization. You will follow procurement procedures and negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts both locally and internationally.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration or other related field
- At least five (5) CXC subjects including Math and English
- Minimum of three (3) years experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Required Skills:
- Ability to gather and analyze market data
- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Good planning and negotiating skills
- The ability to effectively develop good interpersonal relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Interest in market dynamics along with good business sense
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent team player
