- Preferably a university degree; equivalent tertiary level degree or minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting software packages
- Strong organizational and typing skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Good command of the English Language
- Very versatile on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,LinkedIn)
- All-rounded individual who is a self-starter, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Should be able to run a small office or department
