A dynamic organization seeks to fill the position of a Customer Service Supervisor who possesses the following qualifications:

• Certificate(s) in customer service
• Minimum of five (5) CXCs
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in supervisory or similar position
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be 25 years or older
• Able to work on shifts, holidays and weekends (when assigned
