Administrative Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica) - IT company

An expanding IT company is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join their team in Kingston. The candidate must meet the following key requirements:
  • Proven experience providing effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks at any given time


Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three (3+) plus years in a similar position
  • Experience working at an IT company or repair business would be an asset
  • Marketing and/or social media administration experience would be an asset
