Knox Community College is a premier multi-disciplinary tertiary educational institution operating from four (4) campuses on five sites in central Jamaica.

Applications are invited for the positions of:

Computer Laboratory Technician

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate degree in Information Technology/Computer Repair and Maintenance or related field
• Five (5) CSEC subjects inclusive of English Language, Mathematics and IT
• A minimum of three (3) years related work experience 

Applicants should be able to:

• Display good oral and written communication skills
• Provide technical support to students, faculty in computer lab; analyse problems and implement solutions
• Perform computer troubleshooting
• Report technical problems and contribute to improved policies and procedures

Watchman

Applicants should:

• Have background knowledge and experience in the field
• Possess good team building skills and be able to relate well to different staff and the wider community
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be enthusiastic and have a passion for success and be able to take on tasks in a challenging environment
