Van Salesman (Islandwide, Jamaica)

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be reponsible for performing route sales activities and delivery of company products to customers in an efficient and effective manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Maximize product sales to achieve monthly sales targets
• Efficient management of each customers' accounts to maximize sales opportunity
• Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships
• Ensure proper management of receivables by operating at a point that minimizes risk while maximizing sales
• Prepare and maintain proper customer records

Academic/Professional requirements:

• Secondary level education with a minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
• General driver's license with a clean police record
• At least three (3) years previous experience

Special Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
• Strong coordination and organizational skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be a flexible team player
• Ability to lift boxes weighing 40 lbs or more
• Must be able to work long or irregular hours
